Eid Dawat 2025

Hosting for Eid is my favorite excuse to cook everything at once. This spread was for the Friend's Eid gathering in 2025, and as always; nothing on this table followed a strict recipe.
Chicken fried rice, chicken pasta, a Korean inspired dish made with ready made kabobs__ my own interpretation of course.
The fruit chaat was my version of fruit, pasta, and chickpeas with Greek yogurt, sweetened with a red date and sugarcane sugar.
And to keep it classic, paratha rolls with chicken korma.
My friend's mother in law assumed I must have been cooking since morning. Amma told her I woke up at noon.
Every dish on this table has a "my version" story behind it. Quick, easy and entirely my own__ that's just how I cook.
